In 2017, we were solicited to submit a tender for ServiceNow’s inaugural office establishment in Hong Kong. Despite proposing an alternative solution to the one initially specified in the briefing, we secured the contract due to our meticulous attention to detail and professional conduct. Our comprehensive explanation of our proposed actions ultimately convinced ServiceNow to entrust us with the project. Since then, we have maintained a strong and mutually beneficial partnership, with ServiceNow remaining a valued and contented client of ours.
