In 2017, our collaborative efforts with UBM commenced with the establishment of their back office in Kwun Tong. UBM had already established offices on the Hong Kong side and sought to expand their operations by securing a location in Kwun Tong/Kowloon. Although the designated space was intended solely for a back office, MYN Studio sought to create an inspiring environment that fostered collaboration and deviated from the conventional, repetitive work setting. Despite working with a limited budget, we dedicated substantial effort to procure top-notch products available at discounted prices from showrooms. The back office was thus transformed into a high-calibre workspace that created a sense of value amongst employees. Encouraged by this success, MYN Studio proceeded to design another office to accommodate UBM’s expanding business operations, now operating under the new name of Informa.
