UOB Kay Hian

Harcourt House

UOB KayHian, with a distributed workforce occupying multiple floors in the China Building in Central, determined that a relocation to two floors in Harcourt House in Wanchai was necessary to accommodate their expanding business. To facilitate this move, MYN Studio proposed a comprehensive move management plan, recognising that the company had occupied their previous location for more than a decade without exposure to contemporary workplace standards. In addition to developing a new workplace strategy with the upper management, MYN Studio proposed a design concept that was aligned with the company’s identity. To ensure a successful relocation, MYN Studio meticulously examined all aspects of the move, including departmental operations, geographical mobility, and psychological aspects. The goal was to identify potential issues that could undermine the relocation’s success and to take proactive measures to prevent them. Maintaining the loyalty of long-standing employees during the transition was of utmost importance, and numerous intense meetings and close collaborations were held to address this concern. The result was a highly satisfied client whose business grew significantly in the following years.
